Watermelon Macarons

It’s summertime which means the best fruit is now in season: WATERMELON!!! I love watermelon (if that wasn’t already obvious.) I’ll get a big watermelon and go through it in a few days.

These new Macarons venture into new territory with a pink center instead of the usual natural (beige) and, of course, a green rind. 

These were a special order by Natalie. She asked about pink leather and I gave her the full AuDHD explanation of why I don’t offer pink leather. I told her that I have only once found a good hide of pink leather that worked on the outside. She asked if I could put it on the inside. Yes!

When she got it she loved it. Pink is her favorite color and green is her sister’s so these fidgets represent them. Once again, my fidgets are made with love!
