Returns

We want you to love your fidget. If you don't, Contact Form and we'll work it out.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. To start a return, contact us before sending anything back. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Defects

Fidget Newton stands behind its work. If your fidget has a structural defect — a layer separating or a magnet failing under normal use — contact us. We'll repair or replace it. This covers manufacturing defects, not damage from dropping, bending, or water exposure.
